April 2014, I needed my roof replaced and did a very good amount of searching for both a good price and someone who was going to do the job right, with quality workmanship. I narrowed it down and chose Ron Lewis, here's why. He has a ton of photos of houses he has done. He has valid insurance and is licensed in RI and MA. He used top of the line products on my house. I did my research. I learned about the different shingles, underlayment and methods of proper install. I questioned methods and listened to how he would do it. I went over the whole job in detail with him and was confident in his capability. BUT, remember... the job is still only as good as the actual team that puts it ON the roof. The team of 4 guys that did my roof were seasoned pro's. They did a perfect prep with covering things and an A+ install. I was there and watched. I know proper method and procedure for doing it right. These guys were spot on, going above and beyond in method and quality of workmanship. Their clean up job left my yard looking better than before they arrived. I can easily recommend these guys as a great team for product, workmanship and value for a roofing job well done.

Last week had bow window installed, very satisfied with quality and workmanship. Mike and Paul were very professional and thorough, when they finished with job, cleaned up site. Both men were very friendly and informative. I also made and installed windows myself. Completely satisfied with window and installers. Ron cut right to the chase, with the price no hassle. Thank you Ron.

Stay far away from this company. They did awful work on my house. Instead of listening to me complain simply look at their history on the Better Business Bureau website. They're accreditation was revoked!!!

Been out and serviced despite the fact this is a masonry problem mr diamond refuses to acknowledge and wants everything done all inclusive despite not contracting for this work

Had replacement windows installed in 9/2009. Job was well done, however, after they left, we noticed they did not install the correct window in the upstairs bathroom. The one we ordered had grill work in the upper window, the one installed did not. Contacted Mr. Lewis by phone and he instructed us to give him the serial number and all would be made right. After that, no response to phone calls or emails or letters. Reported to BBB, however, nothing done, he stated he was not contacted with the proper numbers. Not a very good finish to an otherwise good job.

You reported to the Bbb but the fact is the job was done right and neither you my installer or your husband noticed the incorrect grid patter until a month after the work was done. I explained the procedure required by Simonton windows ( the actual responsible party) yet you failed to contact them despite the fact they are a billion dollar company with a service and warranty department.
