FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge between $75 to $115/session, depending on location, number of sessions weekly, etc. I do offer discounts to clients who travel to me, who book multiple sessions, and to groups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first session is always an intake where I try to get a very clear picture of my client(s). This involves health history, physical readiness, and a baseline assessment. Following the assessment, I work with my client to form short, moderate and long-term goals, as well as a realistic plan of how to proceed. Being a Personal Trainer is like being coach, teammate and cheerleader all I the same time. I instruct. I work with you. And I cheer you on every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most recently, I completed an intense training in Fall Prevention. Regardless of age, clients need to strengthen muscles and bones. I currently teach classes that incorporate resistance bands to improve balance. Further, I finished a course as a Weight Management Consultant. The course required me to understand the overweight, obese, and morbidly obese client. I fully understand both the physical and the mental limitations that are involved in developing an exercise regime. As a certified Metafit coach, I use High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) to successfully achieve weight loss.
