didn't wait for me to agree to having work done. Simply called my house to arrive to work at night then pushed for next day when original consult was scheduled, but they called to visit the day before. My assumption was that the first date scheduled for consult was cancelled. However the repairmen decided not to cancel the date but use it as the repair date, which I didn't authorize. It took several failed attempts via email to stop the work order. I then had to rely on caller id to call the worker who, because I was away, tried to arrange coming to the house with my husband. I texted that number, reached the worker and cancelled. Then when the company contacted me again this morning via email, I again cancelled and finally received a cancellation confirmation. moreover, I found the workers very pushy and insisting they do work ci didn't want completed at this time.
