For the last two years, Tim has reviewed all of my business contracts before executing the agreements. Tim provides quick turn around, consistent with my needs for the dynamic business environment, and ensures that the contracts do not expose my business to unnecessary risks.
In 2016, Tim completed all the paperwork to incorporate my business against a very tight time schedule, and later provided the necessary amendments to change the company structure to avoid additional costs.
Tim is my defacto business attorney without having to pay the fixed costs of having an attorney on staff; Tim has taken the time to understand my business and my business philosophy and provides legal advice that is aligned with my business objectives and ethics.

I met with Attorney Horan to ask him to prepare a Last Will and Testament for me. Attorney Horan was extremely accommodating and professional. He took the time to go over each part of the documents with me and was extremely thorough. When the documents were completed I met with him again to go over the prepare documents. Attorney Horan made this experience very pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend attorney Horan for any legal matters.

Attorney Timothy Horan has handled estate planning matters for me and my family (Wills, Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney etc.). He was well organized, thoughtful and was prompt to return calls about any questions I had. He was so easy to work with I sent other family members to see him and they also have commented about his great work. In today's fast paced society, Attorney Horan really takes the time to make you feel comfortable about your legal matters.

Attorney Timothy P. Horan represented me in a 2016 personal injury case in which I was the plaintiff. Tim was marvelous to work with; he was energetic, professional, ethical and realistic. His knowledge of the legal system was invaluable. Throughout the weeks preceding the pre-trial, he prepared me for what would be involved by explaining to me in detail the legal process. Tim was very supportive and reassuring during the deposition by the defendant’s attorney. Throughout the entire process, Tim made himself very available to me as his client when any questions or concerns arose. Under Tim’s candid advice, we were able to settle out of court, reaching a satisfactory conclusion of the suit for all parties involved.
