I usually don't write reviews, but Dana earned this one. He did an amazing job from start to finish. He was thorough and explained exactly what he was going to do before he started, so there were no surprises. He went through our house to trace the connections and wiring that had been done previously, then labeled everything so it's easy to understand going forward. He also installed our ceiling fan, and a large light fixture in our dinning room. His pricing was very reasonable and the quality of his work was great. I'd happily hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent, upfront flat-rate pricing based on the specific project so you know the exact cost before work begins. Because I focus on small jobs like light fixture swaps, outlet updates, and minor troubleshooting, there are no surprise hourly fees. I don't charge hidden travel fees within my service area, and I offer a 10% discount for seniors and military personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. First, I ask for a brief description and a few photos of the project through Thumbtack messaging. For most small jobs, this allows me to provide a firm quote right away! From there, we pick a date and time that works for your schedule. I arrive on time, complete the work safely and neatly, and walk you through the finished job to ensure you're 100% satisfied before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal vocational training in electrical systems and completed an apprenticeship working under master electricians. I continuously stay updated on current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local residential building safety codes to ensure every installation, swap, and repair is executed safely and correctly.
