She is one of my key team players and trusted advisor in my rehab business. Very creative!! She can see things that can add tremendous value to a house. She goes above and beyond her normal responsibilities to help her clients. In one instance, when we are having hard time to get a permit, she talked to the building commissioner so she can understand what the issue is and translate it to surveyor. This in my opinion is way beyond anyone's expectations!! Her prices are very very reasonable than any other architect I've come across. People like her are key to the success of real estate business.

I ended up scaling back my plan and not needing Jeanne's services, but she was responsive when contacted, came out within a few days, had several helpful and creative suggestions. She even did some research for me that was also very helpful (in case I decide to do an attic conversion down the line).

Jeanne was very timely in her responses, very helpful, and worked with me to stay within my budget. To be fair and honest, I did not end up needing to follow through with her services, but every communication through out was professional, helpful, and in timely fashion!
