If you are downsizing to a smaller home or reworking your current home and want to make sure existing items work in the new space, a well organized plan can save time and money.

- Inventorying and measuring existing furniture/items to be relocated
- Providing a floor plan proposing how the existing will be arranged
- Recommending competent, reliable contractors and other related vendors
- Provide new color scheme(s) where needed
• Staging
If you are trying to sell your home, staging can be a cost effective approach toward the sale of the property.

- Creatively re-using existing elements & furnishings
- De-cluttering and organizing spaces for less distraction
- Adding color with paint and simple inexpensive decorative elements
Working with residential downsizing clients, I enjoy establishing a plan to strategically relocate, re-purpose and/or relinquish household items as well as proposing new, to transform an existing space. Proposing a color scheme is always interesting to enhance a space too!
