I hired this company last week to inspect a foundation at the insurance company's request, Shean was quick to respond and arrived at the property within 24 hours to perform the inspection. He spent time to look at the inside of the house, the foundation, and the front of the property. He quickly noticed that there are no fundamental issues with the foundation, only surface level cosmetic problems which can be fixed by patching up the concrete. I have four stars here instead of five due to the delay in receiving the finalized report for the inspection. I was expecting it several days earlier, and a mistake in communication delayed the letter by several days.

The two man crew was on time, they worked quietly and efficiently. I have a tall two story home with a hip roof so gutter cleaning isn’t a safe or easy job. They left no leaves or debris behind around the house and disposed of everything in a wooded area behind our property. I’d highly recommend them.

These guys were great to work with. They replaced a sensor on our dishwasher. They were responsive and arrived on time and were very reasonably priced. The dishwasher stopped working a few weeks later and they came back out. It turned out to be a different issue but a quick fix and they didn’t charge me for it which was very nice and appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.
