Everpresent did excellent work on a photo project that I could not have ever done on my own. They were always in contact with me and asked about each change that would effect the cost. Also they set the price to the level where I could pay and not sticking to the level that they wanted at first. They were more than willing to bring the price down

Great service. So easy and reliable. Our family loved seeing all those old videos on modern technology. Who has a VCR any more? We had to go digital and EverPresent did it seamlessly. They took over 50 years of videos and digitized them. Then they sent back all the originals too!!! I recommend it to everyone.

I researched companies and on-line reviews before choosing EverPresent. People suggest using local drop-offs for safety. Other companies had some horror stories of lost tapes, incomplete processing and nasty customer service. I'm a bereaved parent with 23 year old tapes of my son than could not be replaced. I chose EverPresent to safeguard my memories because of their excellent reviews and their process which is committed to safety. My experience was EXCELLENT. A consultant was assigned, acknowledged receipt of my tapes, each was given a number and bar code for tracking. I received the finished drive with ALL my files labeled and a report detailing any issues with each source I sent and what they did to preserve as much as possible. Also unique to EverPresent is that if it turns out that some of your tapes don't have much on them, they don't charge you for it. Of note, while files can be downloaded through a secure link, this is time consuming as files are huge. Spend the money to have them put the files on a drive, its so easy and quick to dump on a PC and save the drive as a back up. EverPresent is excellent and as the Executive Director of a non-profit serving families with childhood cancer and the facilitator of the bereavement group, I am recommending EverPresent to my families and that is saying something!

Just received my first order from EverPresent and it was beyond my expectations. The digitized videos came out better than I could have hoped. Seeing the videos of my now 25-year old daughter singing at age 3 and my teenage son (now age 30) pitching in a baseball game brought happy tears to my eyes. Very excited to gather up some more tapes and continue to use EverPresent!

everpresent made it super quick and easy to digitize my old family videos, if I could give them 6 stars I would, they were able to get my finished project back to me in a week and a half right in time for christmas after another company had fallen through, which really made my mom's christmas

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For digitizing we have unit pricing per photo or video. For custom services, like design or organizing, our standard rate is $70/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's up to the client. For smaller projects where clients are in a hurry, they simply need to drop off the order and we return it quickly with limited hassle. For in depth projects, we will literally come to your home and spend a half-day with you going over all aspects of the project to compile a plan and budget - all with no obligation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our consultants are certified by APPO, where we are an approved national provider. We were recently awarded Associate Member of the Year by the New England Association of Professional Organizers. Our technicians almost universally carry degrees from respected photography or film programs.
