- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the amount you fill are truck. Every service is talked about with client so there are no surprises. We do our best to give accurate estimates without seeing the job . Also take pride in our great honest and fair pricing .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client would be to speak to them directly and set up a time to meet after discussing and coming to a price they are happy with we would do the job right then or when they are seeking to have the job done. We are very flexible and do all we can to accommodate our clients needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this type of work because my family has had a junk removal company since the early 90's and always was a part of their work and companies and since I always enjoyed & had a passion for the type of work I decided when I was old enough and the time was right to start up my own junk removal business, and though we are the owners we are the ones 99% of the time replying to you, doing the estimates & on site / completing / running the job.
