Artur called first before any other vendors. He was very polite and gave a free in home estimate and recommendation. He was very professional and efficient. I had 6 locks re-keyed and bought 6 keys.I would highly recommend his work! Excellent!

Artur responded by phone within 5 minutes, and arrived within 20. We had a difficult situation with our very old entry door lock stuck in locked position. He dismantled it carefully, discovered what was wrong, and tried to find replacement parts for it. No luck. He advised us on which new locks to purchase, found our choice at a supplier, drove to the supplier, returned and installed the new lock. Even offered to touch up the door because the new lock escutcheon was slightly smaller than the old. Remarkable service and we ended up with a new lock in one afternoon. Very important as that is the only door my handicapped sister-in-law can use. Thanks Artur!
