Artur was great to work with. He was very responsive- brought different knob selections for me to choose from; and was skilled and efficient with his craft- he even came back right away when we had a little problem with the lock for no add'l charge. I recommend their service!

I recently had Artur over to replace the mailbox lock and asked him to fix the front door closure while he was here. He did a great job on both tasks. Artur responded to my request in under five minutes and arrived at my place within a few hours. Despite an unexpected charge, which he clarified, I am quite pleased with his work.

Artur was incredibly helpful- the lock I originally selected was not as good as alternatives and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible solution for our home including sourcing an alternative and coming back to install it for us without an additional charge and offering a guarantee of the lock function.
