Filipe Souza of SmarTech HVAC is the most knowledgeable and hardest working HVAC man, I've ever met.Filipe showed up at one of my rental units last night, with no appointment or notice. He arrived at 6 PM and refused to leave, until he had properly diagnosed and repaired my unit, then checked to make sure it was operating properly. He left my rooftop at 11 pm last night.He's the best, don't even think of calling anyone else, if you want it done right."See more

Matt L. says, "I needed a thermostat rewired to correctly control both A/C and a gas-fired boiler, and a common wire added to power a new smart thermostat. Green Flow was able to send out a technician on less than 24 hours' notice. Andrey was able to figure out the wiring for my boiler and air conditioner and reconnect wiring that had been disconnected by a plumber in the past, restoring full function to my first floor thermostat. He also connected the common wire, installed the new thermostat, and repaired some exterior wiring that animals had chewed. In addition, he found that the original A/C installer had never wired up the leak sensor that's supposed to shut the system down in case of a leak so he took care of that at the same time. Andrey clearly knew his stuff. All work was performed promptly and professionally. It wasn't cheap, but everything now works exactly the way I want it to. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Green Flow again."See more

He checked the system and did a cleaning of the condensation as well and made sure the system was functioning well.
