Introduction: We are a school of traditional martial arts, teaching eight complete martial arts as one: Kong Su (Tae Kwon Doe), Udo (Jiu Jitsu), Bagwa, Tai Chi, Aikido, Gom Do (Samurai), Ship Pal Gae, and Kung Fu.
Traditional martial arts is a proven method to develop balanced strength and ability throughout the mind and body. Through proper practice, you can develop strength, flexibility, coordination, stamina, mental focus, discipline, self-defense ability, relief of stress, and much more, in a fraction of the time that would otherwise be required.
