- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end. $35 service call ( waived if hired)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To become a locksmith, most locksmiths complete some type of formal training. This training can last between three months and four years...
