Firstly we ended up not moving forward with the project because we decided not to go custom but I wanted to review Brenden because I spoke to him several times on the phone and he was helpful and very accommodating. Ultimately we just decided it didn't make sense to go custom.

Quality of the work done to install new windows and decorative trim was excellent. Logistics were sometimes difficult due to parking situation in the neighborhood but Brenden found a way. Straightforward to deal with and upfront about issues as they arose.
