Introduction
We complete every job we start with maximum efficiency and productivity. We are a second and third generation family of carpenters. Family is #1 to us. Communication with our customers is constant and a priority. The work we do is something customers live with, so we put our all into each job to satisfy their needs and tastes. The end result is our main goal. We want customers happy for a long, long time. Our carpenters enjoy the transformation process of the work we do. Seeing it shift from what it was at first to a much more fixed and polished product is a fantastic feeling. Whenever we see the homeowner's face light up in excitement as they observe the transformation themselves, the feeling of accomplishment fills us. When the job is finished, everybody is happy and that feeling will never get old!

The contractor was late for the appointment, and was friendly enough when he arrived. We went over the project, and he promised me a quote by 8-20-19. I had not heard from him, so I called to get an update. He said, we are "not going to participate in your project", we just signed two contracts. Btw, he said, I sent you an email with regard to this. Just for the record, no email was received by me. Although again, he was a nice guy, but in the end his actions in handling my project were at best very unprofessional! This was a waste of my time and his, and if my experience is any indication of this company's reliability, then I would say don't waste your time too...

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Rick, the creator of Williams Construction Company, has been in love with carpentry and construction practically his entire life. From building houses to tiling to re-designing bathrooms/kitchens, his decades and decades of experience has brought him knowledge very little have. He started doing small jobs as a kid with his father. Our two other employees, Ricky and Vinny (his sons), have always been fond of carpentry as well. They've gladly and enthusiastically followed in the footsteps of their father in hopes to help bring smiles to customers' faces with beautiful end results on projects! Cody (the one who's typing this) cannot unfortunately work on the job due to a bone marrow transplant, but, he is a key contributor with his technological skills and uses that to help the others. The Williams Construction Company is as family-oriented a company as one can come by!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with various customers from all different income ranges. We're willing to hear out any thoughts on projects. Don't hesitate to contact us!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In our opinion, questions vary per project. The important thing is to find a company (like ours) who you feel comfortable asking your questions to. If you don't feel comfortable around the people to ask a question, how can you trust them work inside/outside your house? Along with the efficiency and quality of the finished service, communication is a key component in this line of business. No question is silly as we're here to provide you a service of excellence. Whatever helps us get the job done and to your taste, the better.
