- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have flat rates for minimal work, i offer cash discounts and try my best to work with you, and if a job requires more then a days work mobilization is included. If a client knows i am suppose to work with them on a set day and does not show up or have area prepped they will be charged if it leads into another day. Any cancelations due to an outbid from another company after an agreement with me will result in a $100 minimum fee for wasting my time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Trick of the trade, started as a seal coater with my dad, starting paving here and there years later, clients trusted me to get a crew on their roofs and allowed me into their homes to paint.
