- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my hourly rate is $90 an hour, I look at this situation in detail of work and the situation that the customer is in to accommodate and and help to establish a reasonable price that they can afford, I will typically give a discount if cash is paid, I will also give a discount if customer has supplies that I can use
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will represent myself shake their hand and give them one of my business cards, I will go over in detail on how the job is going to be performed and will make sure that the customer is comfortable with the steps and procedures that I perform in order to install electricity and above all I'm very organized and production is at the utmost performed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through 4 years of apprenticeship in my late teens as well as related code classes that pertains to the practical experience, every 3 years I got to obtain 21 hours of code review in Massachusetts 15 hours in New Hampshire and 15 hours in Rhode Island,
