- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based on the complexity and scope of the work to be performed. I strive to maintain transparency and clear communication with each of my clients, taking the necessary time to thoroughly understand their specific requirements and expectations. My approach is collaborative, working closely with my customers to ensure that they have a complete understanding of my process, and that their wants and needs are met to the best of my ability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to schedule an in-person consultation with you at the job site. During this meeting, I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about my process, materials, timeline, or anything else. I'll measure the area, take notes, and take photos if you allow it. After the consultation, I'll give you a written estimate based on all the information we gather. If you agree that I'm the right fit for the job, we'll schedule a start date. Once I start working, I'll make sure your project is my top priority and see it through to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with tile fulltime since early 2004.
