- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We establish pricing after meeting with our customers. First we need to get a better look at the work that needs to be done before establishing a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer gets in contact with us, we schedule an appointment at their home or commercial office in order to take a better look at what needs to be done. During that appointment, we will be able to settle a price and make a booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning business for over 20 years. However, the company has been established since 2013.
