- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge a fee. Our services are free. We're paid by the travel suppliers only when our customers actually travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with each customer on an individual basis. We get to know each client to understand their travel needs, their interests and how to plan the most personal vacation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of CLIA and ASTA and have been professionally trained by Cruise Planners, American Express Travel. I hold several supplier certifications and graduated with the highest level of certification. Most importantly I have traveled the world and can share my experiences with each of my clients.
