He does good quality work, shows up when he says he will and stays on the quoted budget; I wish I could say this about all contractors I've used.
He's done two jobs for us so far: repairing/rebuilding a chimney and re-shingling a roof. I've asked him to do another chimney job, at another address, and fully expect another great experience.

Our front steps and flagstone walkway were in terrible shape. The bricks were crumbling, the brick planter was leaking into the downstairs level, and the flagstone walkway was cracked. Manfred did a spectacular job on the renovation. He used brick that looks like it has always been there. And, he was able to restore the flagstone on the top step. The flagstone walkway looks gorgeous as well. He stayed within budget, finished the job within the timeframe quoted and was a pleasure to do business with. I will use his services again in the near future to restore a walkway in the backyard. Thanks, Manfred! We are proud of our home again!
