Introduction: Hello, I am a graduate of Merrimack College and a W.I.T.S certified personal trainer. I have experience in the fields of strength training, CrossFit, and endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. I have been competitively lifting and living a weight trainer's lifestyle for more than 4 years. I am extremely focused and driven to not only better myself, but more importantly, all that surround me. As your trainer, I will do all in my power to help you reach your goals.
I offer a wide array of fitness training to meet your specific goals. Whether it is building muscle, shredding fat, enhancing cardiovascular endurance, or just improving overall health, I have a plan for you! Leave the guess work behind, and let's chase the top of your physical fitness today.
I also offer a unique boot camp entitled "Spartan Unleashed." In my "Spartan Unleashed" course, participants are challenged daily with explosive movements such as box jumps, burpees, and ball slams, all in efforts of becoming the best physically fit individual they can be. This course is not only a fun way to get in shape, but it is also a great way to train for a road run, Spartan race, or Tough Mudder alike.
In terms of my one-on-one personal training, my sessions are done in 50-minute increments.
The rates are the following:
* $30 for one session
* $50 for two sessions at $25 a session
* $70 for three sessions at $23 a session
* $90 for four sessions at $22.50 a session
Inquire for a longer term commitment. Within these one-on-one sessions, you will receive my undivided attention on top of a progressive program designed specifically for you. Also, as a client of Chasing The Top Personal training, I will be available for contact 24 hours of the day via text, email or phone call. No question is a bad question.
