Introduction: We are a full-service pet care facility. Boarding and Day Care Boarding, grooming, day care, home pet care, dog walking/hiking (both on- or off-leash) private training lessons and behavior problems. We have 24-hour care for boarding. Our kennel is a home environment with a dog door to allow both boarding and day-care dogs to go out to the fenced-in yard and come back into the kitchen at liberty. Dogs are allowed to interact with other dogs all day with rest periods in between. Dog Walking and Exercising Service My dog walking service is limited to North Reading and Reading. I have been walking dogs for 17 years and take wonderful walks on wooded trails, open fields, around ponds and lakes. We go to local ponds for swimming during hot summer months. I walk dogs both on- and off-leash normally in groups of 4 or 5. Home Pet Care for Dogs and Cats Home visits are three times per day minimum for dogs only. Home visits may be best for dogs and cats who do better in the familiarity and quiet environment of their own home. Quality time is spent with your pet during every visit. Dogs are taken out for 30-minute walks around your neighborhood. Several visits for pets during the day make your pet feel less lonely while you are away. Grooming Service Grooming services include all breeds of dogs and cats. Shannon has been grooming with me for 15 years and will fine-tune your pet's grooming needs to your specifications. Shannon is personable and has a gentle way of handling pets and gets the job done in a timely fashion. You will be contacted when your dog is ready to go home or for your convenience, we also have a discounted price for grooming dogs who join us for day care while their owner is at work. Training Service I have been training dogs and working with behavioral problems for 17 years. I feel that it is my greatest calling. All behavior problems stem from the owner's lack of understanding of what the canine's needs really are. I work with people in their own homes and neighborhoods where most of the problems are occurring. I teach people how to work with their own dog and educate them on how the dog interprets our world and how the misunderstanding can lead to problems.
