- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of service we provide to our clients is fun, reliable, respectful and energetic housecleaning in the Pioneer Valley. We also provide responsible, flexible and affordable commercial cleaning packages for offices and small businesses throughout the valley, whether they are looking for monthly, weekly or even daily services to meet their cleaning needs. We actually LIKE to clean which makes it easy to do a great job. We do work largely by referral so we really get to know our clients on a more intimate level, which is important when you are providing such a personal service as housekeeping. Everyone has different thresholds, privacy needs, schedules and preferences and it's important for us to get to know our clients well enough to know what those preferences are.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Cleaning is not easy work. Anyone who has ever cleaned professionally would agree that it's not recommended to actually do this 'in heels' with a romantic dress and manicured nails. That being said, cleaning can be SO SATISFYING! Seeing the transformation from dirty to clean and knowing that you made a difference for someone is truly a reward in and of itself. That's why we always try to tell our clients and those interested in getting cleaning help, that there is NO shame in asking for help...it's actually a sign of smarts to do so.
