- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very upfront about our fees. No one likes surprise invoices. We are completely transparent and if a project is going to go over our estimate we always reach out to get approval before we do any work above what was discussed. Tho this rarely happens because after years of doing this we are very accurate in our estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the service. For web development and branding we discuss the goals, vision, and needs in detail before beginning work. For SEO and SEM services we talk about your goals and pain points to figure out the best strategy to address these.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder, I have a degree in marketing as well as certifications in Social Media Marketing. I also keep on top of the latest information regarding Digital Ad strategies and SEO changes. My education is a never-ending process to be the best asset to my clients.
