- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Grooming-if your dog/cat is painful before or after a grooming. Many of our dogs we see have had a history of being grumpy at previous groomer only to find out it was pain related, severe anxiety, poor eye sight, poor teeth, or hearing loss and /chronic ear issues. We can work with your veterinarian to express the concern and aid in the assistance of a anti inflammatory medication prior to the groom or even anti anxiety medication. Always be honest with your groomer. We wont give up on you or your dog. We pride ourselves in taking the dogs no one else wants. They deserve to be comfortable too. One step at a time. Working together with you and your DVM should produce positive results. Please remember we are not of a higher power but we will do everything in our power to accommodate you and your pet. It is just as important to us as it is to you to keep you pet clean and comfortable
