- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have at least a minimum of one phone interview to work out details to what is to be expected. Make plans for the event. Once agreed upon terms a contract is signed for the event with a small non refundable deposit. The rest to be paid at the time of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business over 20 years. I have done it all from gourmet a la carte to fast food and everything in between. I am serv safe certified and have trained under some amazing chefs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in a kitchen. Helping my mother at a restaurant she was a chef at.
