- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some rates that include no extra travel (10-20 Minutes) are discounted. Many of my leads and lessons are specific to families with small children and home pools, which includes much more than just teaching swim lessons. I do not accept payments up front for multiple lessons in advance for a discount due to if lessons are interrupted for weather, illness or injury. I do charge travel fees for mileage or extended work time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diet Analysis Lifestyle Questionnaire (DALQ) to be completed if fitness or wellness personal training in water. Swim lessons or coaching requires some prep. time, personal equipment which I will purchase for clients if needed. Due to COVID-19, many clients want their own equipment. Some want distance from instructor. If child needs assistance or needs to be held, parent or nanny/babysitter may have to participate in lesson. Personal Training sessions indoors or outdoors may require some social distancing. Swim Training is my specialty, home or neighborhood pool, I have a large swimming pool for private swim lesson access. C.D.C. Guidelines may vary from state to community, and we will closely monitor and make adjustments. Outdoor facilities and pools are recommended.
