- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard process is to take in any devices for service and diagnose them promptly. We then put together a quote for customer approval. As we are diagnosing and repairing we keep our customers updated via phone and email so that you are always aware of the status of your machine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 24+ years of experience in the IT industry with several industry standard certifications including A+, Microsoft and other certifications as well as years of field experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all sorts of customers on both a residential and a business client level.
