Ralph did a number of jobs for us. First he painted just about the whole apartment (living room/dining room/kitchen/pantry/halls). That was great, but having him do some extra odd jobs helped tremendously instead of hiring another person to put in a ceiling light and fan and a folding closet door. What was good was that I didn't have to worry about getting paint/materials and supervising. He did all that and did the job in a shorter period of time than I had anticipated. Easy to work/plan with and he just didn't do the work, but had suggestions which I appreciated. He even washed the windows after he was all done painting! That's all we had to do so far, but would hire Ralph if I need him again.

KZM Home Improvement and Design came into our home and ripped all of our old carpeting out to replace them with hardwood floors. We love them! The project was timely, professional and done to perfection. We would highly recommend Ralph for all home improvement needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts me, I provide a "no obligation consultation" with them to review the customers vision of the project. Once we have met, I provide thorough pricing of the project.
