We worked with Kelvin for our mudroom makeover which had no insulation in the floors or walls and needed some carpentry to lift the door to make space for insulation in the floor. He gave us reasonable estimate and get to work in a week. Over time the scope increased like most projects but he was responsive, flexible and available to complete the increased scope of work. He did lot of things which were not part of the initial ask but he felt it would elevate the project. I absolutely appreciate that he didn't try to rob us for every small thing.. he provided receipts of all the material and was very transparent. We would rehire him for future projects and would highly recommend him if you want to get job done fast, with quality and honest pricing.
