- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will get to see your images fully projected larger than life in a custom slide show set to music during your Viewing & Ordering Appointment 2 weeks after your portrait session and about 4 weeks after your wedding. I will help you with all your final decisions on images and products that I have custom designed just for you. Oh, and remember those snapshots of your home you sent us? I will show you what your images will look like right on YOUR walls!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What happens when you book a session with me? The entire portrait session process usually takes place in three different meetings with me. The Pre-Session Consultation, your Session and your ordering appointment. The Pre-Session Consultation Come and meet me and see what Im all about! I pride myself on exceptional customer service and a commitment to each familys relationship and the creation of unique art for their home. At your consultation, I will get to know you and you me. Well discuss your goals for your session and personal style so I can create a custom session that complements YOU. I believe that great portraits start with a great relationship. Tell me about your home and your vision for your session and images and Ill add in my creativity to make it happen. Your Session Most of my sessions are on-location at a home or place of your choice. This could be your home, a local park or other special place. I do have a small studio space I mainly use for headshots and other portraits session located in our home in West Peabody, MA. Its complete with backdrops, custom floors, studio lighting, a place for clothing changes, etc. The Ordering Appointment The Viewing & Ordering Appointment is the time when you get to see all of the final images from your session projected on a fully color calibrated large projection screen and we take the time to design the right piece of art for your home. Ill help you sort through the images and make final decisions on what will look the best with your décor in your home. I can show you actual size and pair images together for a stunning wall gallery or album. We can add textures and design elements to custom wall art or just let the images stand out on their own.
