Introduction: My name is Jerry Fitzgerald and I have been teaching children, teens, and adults how to fight since 2001. Most parents hire me to teach their children how to fight at an early age apx 7 yrs old or older because they are getting picked on or bullied at school. Before they go off to middle school, prep school, high school, or college make sure they know how to fight. Many colleges hide the attacks “under the carpet “and blame the victim in shame so they don't press charges against their attacker, or making the college look bad. I am retired from the law enforcement, military, and in special forces while stationed overseas. I was a golden glove boxer, black belt in kenpo, muay thai, hand to combat instructor, 10 years as a K-9 federal police officer, and 10 years in special forces mostly overseas. I teach children, teens, and adults how to fight and win every fight. All I need is a date, time, and location. I travel to your location just like a personal trainer, I go to you. No need to buy a karate uniform, no belts, no monthly fee, no long contracts and no overcrowded classes. Once I teach you the basics how to stand, make a fist, how to punch, and how to block. You will be taught how to fight by me. I wont leave you until I know that you can defend yourself from any attacker by teaching you hand to hand combat techniques. I teach you the following boxing strikes, right/left cross, right/left upper cut, flips, and take downs. I also teach you how to be aware of your surroundings and hyper vigilance. Once I train you if someone puts their hands on you, your training will automatically kick in and you will win every fight. Each lesson usually lasts for 60-90 minutes to teach you how to fight and self defence techniques. I teach you how to get out of the following holds: 1 handed grab, 2 handed grab, head lock, full nelson, bear hug, and the reverse police choke hold and much more.
