FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my clients and ask a lot of questions initially so that I can match them with the best travel experience to their liking. Once I've gotten all of the clients answers I start looking and calling vendors I know that specialize in the type of travel they are looking for. I typically at minimum with place the client in the best hotel base on the qualities they are looking for and the price range they have in mind. I also will either book a round trip transfer from the airport to the resort or book a rental car. I assist the client in looking into travel insurance if they are interested and will do what I can to help with retrieving a passport if need be. Before my client leaves they will be mailed all of their travel documents including any pretrip activities that were booked so all they have to do is show up to the airport and enjoy their adventure.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love traveling and have a passion for planning every last detail of a trip. I began looking for courses online to start my business and eventually stumbled upon Cruise Brothers as an agency needing more home based agents. Since then I've taken training for many of the cruise lines and have become educated in many all inclusive couples and family resorts.
