FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest guy in town, my goal was always to be better than the rest, and charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the details of your project, gaining as much information over the phone as possible. I like to travel to the job site to see with my own eyes what we are working with. I explain what I will do, where and when we can start. We make sure we can deliver exactly what you expect, agree on a price and I handle everything from there. I need simple things like power, heat, and a work space empty of other trades. Materials are paid for up front, we settle up on labor when job is complete and you are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many professional training classes, including IICRC carpet cleaning, carpet repair and reinstall. I'm a member of the National wood flooring association (NWFA). I also obtained a California Flooring contactors license 1004232 when I was operating my business in California. No such license is required in MA.
