Tracy was just starting her business last year when a friend recommended her to do my son's senior portraits. To say we were pleased with her work is an understatement. We found her to be professional, pleasant, patient and encouraging. She was energetically on the move to various outside settings around Plymouth, and spent 90 minutes with my son, that resulted in me having trouble choosing which photo was the best one. No joke! I was so pleased with my son's session, I immediately booked an appointment for my 15 y/o daughter, and my experience with Tracy was even better. She was patient with outfit changes and had great suggestions of hair styles and poses. She knows how to put her clients at ease, give them confidence, and they begin to enjoy themselves. That's when the natural smiles happen! : ) I will absolutely hire Tracy to do my daughter's senior portraits next year.
She was quick to respond to my emails and my portraits were done in the time frame she promised for both of my sessions. An overall excellent experience with a very nice lady.
