Introduction: My determination to help you will become evident during our first free consult. I am 100% devoted to my clients. I make myself accessible during the week to give support when you need it most. My focus is on helping adults, adolescents, couples and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, couples counseling, & family therapy. I offer competitive prices and a sliding scale to ensure more people have access to improving their mental health. Working in the behavioral health field I noticed that many individuals would refrain from utilizing therapy due to issues getting to the office or due to their personal struggles. I decided to remove that barrier by creating an online practice where people could easily engage in therapy. If your struggling with mood or general life challenges, or maybe something came up that would prevent you from traveling to an office, with online therapy, improving your mental health has never been more accessible. I PROVIDE ONLINE THERAPY EXCLUSIVELY

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? So what can you expect? The first time we meet we will have a free phone consult to determine your needs and whether or not I would be the best fit for you or your family. If we decide that I am a good option, we will schedule our intake. Prior to your intake, I will email you paperwork to fill out and sign. I will review this information before our first appointment. You will be asked to access your personalized online client portal and create a unique password which you will be asked to use each time we have a session. Intakes typically take 45 minutes to an hour. During this time I will ask you an extensive amount of questions to ensure I have all of the essential information I need to start formulating a treatment plan. Your treatment plan creation will be a collaborative process between you and me, this may take a couple of sessions. After the Intake, we will schedule our 1st session. During this time I may ask you more questions. Usually, during the 1st or 2nd session, our real work begins. Sessions last between 45 mins to an hour. Sometimes we may reevaluate our goals and set new objectives. If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.
