They sent a technician named Greg to my house to fix my chimney, and I had 400 dollars taken from my room in the same day. Strange coincidence considering no one else was in my house that day. I called them on it, and they denied everything

Making an appointment with Interstate Ventilation was quick and easy. In fact, they came the next day. The crew of two that showed up to clean my chimney were friendly and right on time. Unfortunately, it was not clear what service I had paid for and I only got a chimney cleaning, not a complete fireplace cleaning, which is what I was expecting.
