Patrick & his crew were wonderful. When initially getting quotes from Thumbtack masons, one assessed the job by doing a drive-by when I was not home. He was unable to see the full scope of the problem, which involved the interior & exterior of the garage, & a gap under the door, and was unable to discuss the other issues that needed to be considered. Another mason politely gave me a quote that would "beat any other" without verbalizing a thorough understanding of the job or expressing full knowledge of a solution. On the other hand Patrick sent a crew of 3 who carefully assessed the problem, discussed various solutions with my input, educated me about techniques & rationale of the proposal. They then recommended Patrick come to assess. He came out with other crew & they discussed & problem solved the issues educating me in the process as they talked. This was all valuable time spent before I even hired the company. Patrick's estimate came in a bit higher than the others. But, I felt confident in their understanding of the specific needs of the job.
Given an unusually rainy season, the job took much longer than expected, pushing right into an early snowy season. It got done, & was done with care & precision. The workmen were all polite and pleasant to deal with. My one issue was that given the multiple delays because of weather, I was concerned about more months of of a gap under my garage door allowing animals seeking shelter access to the interior garage space, & ultimately the house. I was literally losing sleep over the job being completed. Occasional communication about anticipated completion or where I stood in line for my job to be completed would have been greatly appreciated. Overall: Great job, Wonderful crew, I would hire again in a heartbeat!

My building had been hit by a car and cracked the bricks, it needed to be replaced Patrick was there looked at the damage and did the job in 2 days I would highly recommend him and his crew. They did what they said they would,and came on time
