I was a victim of the arctic air this past weekend (February 2023), and had a burst pipe. Chris responded within 30 minutes of my request, gave me a choice of same day but later at night or the next morning. He was prompt once he was able to get up to me, was quick (done in an hour!) even in an awkward spot, and was worth every Penny for a Sunday emergency visit. Highly recommend!

Working with Chris and TJ was great. Chris responded to my request for hose bib repair within minutes and was able to start work at 7:30 the following morning. Thanks to Chris we didn't have to pay for emergency plumbing or go longer than 18 hours with our water shut off. The guys were very punctual. They messaged 10 minutes prior to their arrival and were at my door at 7:30. The quote and subsequent repair were made quickly and they were able to service my hot water heater as well. Chris and TJ were kind, polite, and observed COVID safety precautions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I spoke to Chris mid week about replacing an external silcock (hose faucet). He quoted a price and gave me a time, and he was on time, quick, and very efficient in his repair (and reasonable in his fee). I spoke to him about future projects I may have for him.

Chris did an outstanding job communicating setting up the appointment, was on time and very through. He found a previous repair that was not done right, corrected it and cleaned up. Chris is very professional. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate in using his services again. The original 3 stars was typo. Review is a solid 5 stars
