- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am able to pair your dog up with another while walking the price is 15 dollars. For private walks it’s 20.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask about their dog. Does the dog have any behavior issues that may need to be addressed or that when walking I may come across? What do they like the most in a walk? I also like to have an idea of accessing the house while away and where all the leashes and treats are before walking. Sometimes we will do a meet and greet if time allows.
