- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is develop a relationship with the client for them to understand that we are cleaning their home and that is important to us. Once we convey to them we understand and value their personal space, we feel that we achieved a foundation for a personal relationship to last many years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 15 years in the customer service industry in the areas of property management, retail and commercial space cleaning.
