- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quote is the final cost for the term agreed. We never change pricing for quoted spaces after we see them unless additional spaces not originally quoted for are added to the project. 50% deposit is required to book staging day, the remaining 50% are due on staging day. All payments can be made online by bank transfer or using any debit/ credit card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Prospect contacts us about a staging. 2. We gather necessary info from prospect (email, text or phone call) to provide a quote. 3. Prospect can accept quote, sign contract and pay deposit online using bank transfer or any major credit card. 4. We come out to tour the property to get measurements, photos and sense of flow of the space to plan the actual furnishings to be used. 5. On staging day, depending on the size of the home, staging will take 3-5 hours. We ask that real estate photographers be booked for the following day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken and got certified through the Home Staging Resource training. I am part of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association).
