Thermostat Installation or Repair

My smart thermostat was installed, replacing separate heating and cooling thermostats. This was a challenging installation because there was a joist between the two old thermostats and the wires needed to be brought together to the new one. The thermostat has been working fine in the two weeks since the installation. The work area was left clean and orderly. I still have to patch the hole left by one of the old thermostats, but I knew that would be my responsibility.

Central Air Conditioning Repair or Maintenance

In a 90 degree plus day, he came out and got my AC fixed. I had another company come check the AC while it was out and they mentioned i needed a brand new system. Paul came and was able to replace the existing system at a great price. Excellent service. Will use again

Heating System Repair or Maintenance

I reached out to Paul on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Both times he was willing to help to ensure the problem was resolved so my mother in law would have no disruption in heat. Ultimately, he came out on New Year’s Eve and took care of the issue. He did a thorough inspection of the system and confirmed it was an issue with the thermostat which he replaced. Paul communicated every step of the way, followed up after the work was done and was very fair with pricing. It was great to work with him and will definitely use for future projects. Thank you Paul!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My rates are $200 for a service call then $150 for any hour after that, for maintenance the prices vary and if you have more then 1 system I can definitely work out some package pricing

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Try and make the best impression and be respectful, and same as any other customer fix whatever issue they are having and go above and beyond for there request

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 4 years from my high school in the trade and 2 years of night school for electrical code and refrigeration
