M. Shea Property Solutions

Hi there, We're Rangel and Marisa. We've recently teamed up and opened construction company. We have a combined 8 years in the field, and we mainly do roofs, siding, and painting. We also do floors, windows, bathroom and kitchen renovations, and a variety of smaller jobs. Why choose us? To be frank, the quality in this industry is often subpar. People sometimes don't care and skip important steps. Particularly with roofs and siding, you really don't want to skip the small steps because it can compromise the roof and siding, and these are what protect your house! We don't skip steps. We do the job correctly, and we charge a fair price. With us, you're going to get a better quality product for less. It is what it is.
