- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, unit size, and condition of the space. All estimates include labor, standard materials, surface prep (patching, sanding, priming where needed), and cleanup—no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple units or repeat customers. Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before proceeding, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick discussion of your needs, then review the space (in person or via photos) to provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete it efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to ensure you’re happy.

We have hands-on professional experience in residential and commercial painting, with training focused on proper surface preparation, priming, finishing techniques, and safety practices. Our work is based on industry best practices and years of real-world experience delivering high-quality results.
