- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique. We offer some guidelines to our pricing on our website, but typically we will send two men with a truck to give you an upfront price. If you are happy with that price, they will load up your junk and unwanted items and haul them away to the proper disposal facility. For larger jobs (4 pickup trucks or more), we can come out in advance to quote your project. If then you are happy with the quote, we can schedule a time for us to come back and perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience in the junk removal business as well as a background in customer service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in 2001 as a part-time handyman business. At the time we just had an old pickup and used to put ads in the classifieds headlined as “Two Guys and a Truck”. Eventually we added a trailer and in time we noticed that a large amount of our calls had to do with the disposing of junk and debris. One day we decided to add a dump truck and stick explicitly to junk removal. Today, we are Altri Services LLC and are a full time venture and we proudly serve Revere and the cities and towns along the North Shore of Boston. We take pride in being punctual, thorough and fairly priced and stand by our motto “Junk is what we take. Service is what we deliver!”
