Forest Hills did the job exactly as agreed and for the price we agreed to. They replaced many of the parts (guts) on our roof top commercial unit which is over 20 y.o. now and did a great job. I never felt they were trying to "get one over on me" like so many others do. I also think Kate communicated really well and made sure I was aware of every detail or delay and Dave the Technician worked hard even through the rain to complete the job as promised. I would recommend them

We had an emergency when we were selling out house, but David and his team came in and replaced out Steam Boiler, replaced a valve and turned one of our radiators. Kate was responsive to all of our questions and their price beat the 2 other companies that we called. They are our go to technicians for the forseeable future!

I allowed FHVAC to come and quote a job. They came back with a ridiculously high price and I declined to move forward. Then they sent me an invoice for "diagnostic work" which I immediately replied to as never agreed to. Their operating model is generally suspicious. They have a customer service person who calls and texts you telemarketer style, then the tech comes out and looks around while asking you if you want to move forward with work now for a "good price" (I said no, let's see the price), then they can't give you a price until they "talk to their boss", and you finally here back from the customer service rep calling and texting you to hurry up and agree. I documented my experience and caution others if they are considering them as an option.
