Great experience from beginning to end. I originally contacted him to change out a door to a cat litter area (to help contain odor), but he recognized that it was a different issue entirely. Turns out, there were gaps in the paneling. Instead of moving forward with my original request, he proposed a new solution that would actually solve the problem. He was the first contractor to take the time to really figure out what was going on. Even though it was a small job, he took great care to do it right. Would definitely hire again.

I first like to meet the customer and get a visual on the project and then write up a contract agreement
